Lindsay Berardino, Virtual Assistant, standing outdoors on a grassy field, smiling, wearing a green and white patterned dress.

I’m Lindsay,

A Vision Execution Partner who thrives on bringing structure to creative, big-picture ideas. My career has led me from fine-dining restaurants to healthcare administration and business operations, giving me a unique blend of service, strategy, and systems expertise.

A black leather journal, a pen, a daily stoic book, and a green hardcover book placed on a table outdoors.

After transitioning to freelancing as a Virtual Assistant and Online Business Manager, I quickly realized I’m much more than a task-taker — and that those titles don’t fully capture the high-level partnership I bring. Like a trusted trail guide, I walk alongside my clients, helping them navigate the path ahead while keeping sight of the bigger picture.

That’s why I believe the best partnerships go beyond technical skills or software expertise. Anyone can learn a platform — what matters is trust, alignment, and shared clarity of vision.

Outside of work, I recharge in the Adirondacks with my chocolate lab, Woodsy — and I carry that calm, grounded energy into my work. Whether I’m streamlining workflows, managing teams, or rolling up my sleeves on the details, my goal is always the same: simplify complexity, bring order, and keep things moving forward.

Credentials & Expertise

I draw on a mix of formal training and hands-on experience to bring both strategic insight and practical execution to every collaboration.

My Approach as a Vision Execution Partner

I’m both the Right Hand and Left Brain™ — helping you chart the path, overcome obstacles, and keep steady momentum toward growth.

  • I partner with visionary founders, creative entrepreneurs, and coaches who are juggling big ideas with limited time. My clients are often wearing too many hats and need someone they can trust to manage the details, keep projects moving, and bring structure to their vision. They value collaboration, clear communication, and having a trusted partner in their business.

  • I work on a monthly retainer basis, providing remote support only. For local clients, I’m happy to arrange occasional in-person meetings or event support upon request.

  • A retainer guarantees you a set amount of my monthly capacity. This means your projects always get prioritized, and you’ll never be left waiting in line for support.

  • My regular rate is $50/hour, with the total monthly investment depending on the scope of work and hourly commitment. We’ll determine the right level of support during your discovery call.

  • Yes. I require a minimum of 10 hours per month to ensure I can plan ahead, maintain consistency, and dedicate the necessary time to your business.

  • Our journey begins with a free 45-minute discovery call. Afterwards, I’ll provide a tailored proposal that outlines the next steps. If you decide to move forward, I’ll guide you through a simple onboarding process and deliver a detailed plan after our kickoff call.

  • Yes. A contract protects both of us and ensures clear expectations moving forward. Terms are standard and include a 30-day trial period, followed by 30 days’ notice required to terminate.

  • I’m a quick learner and love exploring new platforms. A few of my favorites include Google Workspace, Dubsado, Asana, Canva, Descript, LinkedIn, QuickBooks, and ChatGPT.
